"I have been going to DentalWorks in Wakeforest for three years and I must say that from the front door to the dental chair they are AWESOME!! MJ and Laconia ( dental Hygienists) are truly the best. They took the time to explain the procedure to me and treated me with kindness. Monique Avery"- M.A. / Yelp / Jul 02, 2019
"I have been seen at this office since they first opened. My dental hygentist is awesome in cleaning my teeth 3 to 4 times a year and the dentist who has been seeing me since almost the beginning has been awesome in making sure I keep all my teeth and my mouth is healthy. If I have problems, they are always taken care within the timeframe they need to be. But I also clean my teeth when I am not at the dentist so it is a group effort. It has been a great experience all the way around and I would recommend them to anyone."- D. / Google / Jun 20, 2019
"The most smooth and professional visit. If you need a dental surgeon, Dr. French and Asst-Rudy are the guys you need to look for."- J.R. / Google / Jun 05, 2019
What to Expect
A thorough dental exam will start with a discussion between our dentist and the patient. Our dentist will ask about the patient's health, including any current medications, illnesses or surgeries. Our dentist will ask the patient to find out if they have noticed any areas of concern. To get a complete picture of the individual's mouth, our dentist will take digital X-rays to view the teeth, gum, and bones. A visual check of the mouth with palpation will also help in checking signs of oral decay or disease. The probing tool will be used to check the condition of the gums by measuring the depth of the gum pockets and identifying areas of recession.
If our dentists find any areas of concern during the dental consultation, they will talk to the patient about possible treatment plans that may be performed at DentalWorks - Wake Forest or at the patient's home. Progress will be important so that the patient can continue to improve their dental health. If a patient has ongoing issues our dentists may suggest that he or she visit a oral surgeon or specialist.
The billing coordinators at DentalWorks - Wake Forest will contact the patient's dental insurance company to consult with and confirm all out of pocket fees prior to the visit. DentalWorks - Wake Forest offers payment programs to help assist with the expenses.
